Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no API charges, no training costs beyond your included quota. All infrastructure costs are included in your monthly subscription.
What happens if I exceed my AI Answer or page limits?
We'll notify you before you reach your limits. You can upgrade your plan or add monthly add-ons to increase capacity. Add-ons renew monthly and increase your monthly AI Answers and/or total knowledge base capacity while active. For one-time emergency spikes, contact support for top-up options.
Can I update my knowledge base without extra charges?
Yes! Updates within your page quota are unlimited and free. We charge only for the total number of pages stored, not how often you update them. This encourages you to keep your content fresh and accurate.
What's the difference between Full-Service and BYOK?
Full-Service includes everything: platform, training, and LLM inference costs. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) options are available for channel partners and enterprise clients who already have LLM API keys—you pay only for the platform and provide your own keys for inference.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes, annual prepayment receives a 5% discount. Enterprise customers can negotiate multi-year contracts with 10-20% annual discounts. Contact sales for details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle. Prorated credits apply for upgrades.
